Most everyone knows Toni was dismissed from her position in August, however very few folks know details. To clear things up we can tell you Toni did NOT steal from Camp Fire USA or Camp El Tesoro nor did she commit any other unethical acts.
We do not agree with the manner in which her dismissal was carried out and believe that management at First Texas Council could have/should have handled it in a different, more considerate manner in view of the years of service and time Toni has devoted to Camp Fire and El Tesoro.
For that reason we are going to celebrate Toni (since management dropped the ball with this as well) and hope you too will join in on the celebration THIS SATURDAY (9/25) @ 2:00 p.m.
HERE'S OUR SPECIAL REQUEST:
We are requesting that the HOOTENANNY is NOT the time to ask Toni for details about her dismissal. Our intentions are to surround Toni with family / friends; keeping things light all while celebrating the wonderful person she is/has been to all of us.
